Whiskey Sour
Ingredients
- Bourbon50 ml
- Lemon juice25 ml
- Sugar syrup20 ml
- Egg white15 ml
Garnish
Cocktail cherry and orange peel
Description & Prep
Shake everything without ice first, so the egg white whips up, then with ice until it's properly cold. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Wait for the foam to settle and add the cherry and the orange peel. Tart from the lemon, sweet from the syrup and the bourbon in the middle, with the foam making it all softer.
