Old Fashioned
Ingredients
- Bourbon60 ml
- Sugar5 g
- Angostura bitters2 dash
Garnish
Orange peel twist over a large ice cube
Description & Prep
Put the sugar in a rocks glass with the dashes of Angostura and a splash of water, and muddle until it dissolves. Add the bourbon and one big ice cube, and stir about 20 seconds. Squeeze the orange peel over the drink and drop it in. It's just the bourbon with a bit of sugar and spice. Drink it slowly.
