Irish Coffee

Ingredients

• Hot coffee120 ml
• Sugar1 pc
• Irish whiskey50 ml
• Fresh cream50 ml

Description & Prep

Warm the mug, pour in the hot coffee with the sugar and stir until it dissolves, add the Irish whiskey and pour the chilled cream very slowly over the back of a spoon so it floats without mixing in. Drink it through the layer of cream, without stirring again. It is the only one on the list served hot, and it doubles as dessert.
