Portonic
Ingredients
- Dry white port60 ml
- Tonic water120 ml
- Ice
Garnish
Orange wheel and mint leaves

Method
- Fill the glass with ice right to the top.
- Add the white port.
- Top with cold tonic, pouring slowly down the side.
- Stir once and add the orange wheel and mint on top.
About
Portugal's answer to the gin and tonic: white port instead of gin, lighter and sweeter. Created by Portuguese bartenders to give white port another use.
