Bamboo
Ingredients
- Fino sherry60 ml
- Dry vermouth10 ml
- Bianco vermouth10 ml
- Orange bitters2 dashes
- Ice
Garnish
Orange peel twist on the rim

Method
- Put the fino sherry, both vermouths and the dashes of orange bitters in a mixing glass with plenty of ice.
- Stir about 30 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled coupe, no ice.
- Squeeze the orange peel over the top and drop it in.
About
A Martini made with sherry instead of gin, from a time when sherry was serious bar business. Dry, low in alcohol, and more forgotten than it deserves.
