Honey Deuce

Ingredients

• Vodka40 ml
• Lime juice90 ml
• Raspberry liqueur15 ml
• Bolinhas de melão3 pc

Method

1. Prep the melon: using a melon baller or a small measuring spoon, scoop 3 melon balls and freeze them for about 30 minutes. They stay firmer and chill the drink without diluting it.
2. Chill the glass: leave the glass in the freezer while the melon freezes, then fill it with 6 to 8 ice cubes.
3. Build: add the vodka over the ice (Grey Goose is the official one) and top with fresh lemonade, no pulp.
4. Pour the raspberry liqueur slowly over the top. It sinks through the glass and creates the signature pink gradient.
5. Spear the melon balls onto a pick.
