Moscow Mule
Ingredients
- Vodka50 ml
- Lime juice15 ml
- Ginger beer120 ml
Garnish
Lime wedge and a mint sprig
Description & Prep
Build it straight in a copper mug full of ice: vodka, lime juice, then top with ginger beer. Stir gently so you don't lose the fizz and garnish with the lime wedge and the mint. The ginger bites at the back of your throat and the lime holds the sweetness down. The chilled mug is part of the experience, but a highball does the job.
