Description & Prep
Shake the gin, the triple sec and the lemon juice in a shaker with ice and strain into the chilled glass. Same structure as a sidecar, swapping the cognac for gin, so it comes out drier and more citrusy. A hard shake leaves a thin layer of foam on top, and the orange peel squeezed over the rim scents the first sip.
