Gin and Tonic
Ingredients
- Gin50 ml
- Tonic water150 ml

Lime wheel on the rim
Description & Prep
Fill a highball with ice right to the top, add the gin and top with cold tonic, pouring slowly down the side to keep the fizz. Stir once, that's it. The lime wheel goes on top. The more ice the better: it melts less and the drink stays cold to the end.
