Ingredients
- Old Tom gin30 ml
- Dry vermouth30 ml
- Maraschino liqueur2.5 ml
- Absinthe1.25 ml
- Orange bitters3 dash

Description & Prep
Stir everything in a mixing glass with ice and strain into the chilled glass. It is a dressed up cousin of the martini: Old Tom gin and dry vermouth as the base, with a touch of maraschino, a splash of absinthe and orange bitters on top. The small measures are the whole point of the recipe, because too much absinthe takes over the entire glass.
