Description & Prep
A margarita without the orange liqueur: tequila, lime juice and agave nectar shaken with ice and strained into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Lime wedge on top. No salt rim, in the original version. The agave puts the tequila more out front and makes the drink cleaner.
