Singapore Sling
Ingredients
- Gin30 ml
- Cherry liqueur15 ml
- Cointreau7.5 ml
- Bénédictine7.5 ml
- Pineapple juice120 ml
- Lime juice15 ml
- Grenadine10 ml
- Angostura bitters1 dash

Description & Prep
Shake everything and strain into a tall glass with ice. The list is long and every item earns its place: the cherry liqueur and the grenadine give the color, the Bénédictine and the bitters give the herbal backbone, and it is the shaken pineapple juice that builds that foam on top. Born at the Raffles Hotel in Singapore around 1915.
