Piña Colada
Ingredients
- White rum50 ml
- Coconut cream30 ml
- Pineapple juice90 ml

Pineapple wedge on the rim
Description & Prep
Blend everything with crushed ice until it turns into a thick, smooth cream. Serve in a highball with the pineapple wedge on the rim. It's sweet, creamy and coconutty, with the pineapple bringing a bit of acidity. White rum so it doesn't fight the fruit.
