Ingredients
- Campari45 ml
- Sweet red vermouth45 ml
- Large ice cube

Method
- Put one big ice cube in the rocks glass.
- Add equal parts Campari and sweet red vermouth.
- Stir with a bar spoon about 20 seconds.
- Add the orange wheel.
About
The Negroni without the gin, and also the ancestor of the Americano: just Campari (Milan) and sweet red vermouth (Turin), in equal parts, no dilution added.
