Description & Prep
Fill a wine glass with ice, add the prosecco, then the Aperol and the club soda last. Stir once, gently. Orange wheel inside the glass. Bitter orange, sweet and fizzy, with little alcohol. Made for drinking late in the afternoon, preferably more than one.
