- London dry gin45 ml
- Sweet red vermouth45 ml
- Maraschino liqueur5 ml
- Orange bitters2 dash

Description & Prep
Stir the gin, the sweet vermouth, a short measure of maraschino and the orange bitters in a mixing glass with ice and strain into the chilled glass. It runs almost equal parts gin and vermouth, so it comes out sweeter and fuller than a dry martini. One of the candidates for the martini's grandfather as we know it today.
