- Gin60 ml
- Lime juice20 ml
- Sugar syrup15 ml

Description & Prep
Shake the gin, the lime juice and the syrup with ice and strain into a chilled coupe. Finish with the thin lime wheel. It comes out nearly clear, with a very faint green. Short, tart and direct; the gin shows up more than in a tom collins, because there's no soda to dilute it.
