Carajillo
Ingredients
- Licor 4350 ml
- Fresh espresso50 ml
Garnish
2-3 grãos de café inteiros, para decorar
Description & Prep
Pour the Licor 43 and espresso (it's important that it's hot for the thermal shock) into a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake well until a silky foam forms on top. Strain into a lowball and serve. You can have ice in the glass if you want it more diluted, or without it, your call.
