Bronx

Ingredients

• Gin60 ml
• Dry vermouth10 ml
• Sweet vermouth10 ml
• Orange juice30 ml
• Orange bitters1 dash
• Ice

Method

1. Add the gin, both vermouths, the orange juice and the dash of orange bitters to a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Shake until well chilled.
3. Strain into a well chilled coupe.
4. Finish with the orange twist, if desired.
