Ingredients
- Brandy52.5 ml
- Maraschino liqueur7.5 ml
- Orange curaçao5 ml
- Fresh lemon juice15 ml
- Simple syrup5 ml
- Aromatic bitters2 dash

Sugar rim and a whole orange peel lining the inside of the glass
Description & Prep
Rub a citrus slice around the rim of the glass and dip it in sugar before building the drink. Inside, line the glass with a whole orange peel, cut in one long spiral. Stir the cognac, the maraschino, the curaçao, the lemon juice, the syrup and the bitters in a mixing glass with ice and strain into the prepared glass. It is the sidecar's great-grandfather, more complex and sweeter at the rim.
